Payment Methods

We accept the following methods of payment.

CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD

Callista Crafts does not process or store any credit card information. All credit card transactions are performed in Alpha Bank’s secure platform accepting Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Amex, and Diners. If you click on “Authorize Payment” you are confirming that the card belongs to you.

PAYPAL

Callista Crafts welcomes payments from PayPal Accounts and reserves the right to process orders only if shipped to the same address that the verified Paypal account is registered with.

CASH ON DELIVERY

Paying cash on delivery is free of charge and is available only in Greece for orders up to 500 euros. Payment will be collected at  delivery by the driver who will contact you to arrange time of delivery . 

BANK TRANSFER

Your payments must be addressed to the following bank accounts:

Please reference your order number in your payment to avoid delays. Also note that your order will be processed as soon as your payment is cleared, which might take up to 2 working days depending on bank procedure. 

PAYMENT SECURITY

To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure, Callista Crafts uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet. If SSL is enabled then you will see a padlock at the top of your browser and you can click on this to find out information about the SSL digital certificate registration.

You will also notice that when you look at the location (URL) field at the top of the browser you will see it begin with ‘https:’ instead of the normal ‘http:’. This means that you are in secure mode.
