SENDING A GIFT

Please make sure you confirm your bag is a gift during checkout to ensure it is prepared as a gift in advance. All gifts are packaged in our Callista Crafts gift boxes and do not include a price or a receipt. They include a gift card with the code of the purchased item . If you wish, your present can be accompanied by a text  message . Text message can be filled at checkout form.

RETURNING A GIFT

If you received a gift and wish to return it, you must do so within 7 days of receipt.

All items must be returned in perfect condition and with the original packaging with all  tags attached . We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on items that are scratched, damaged or not in their original packaging. Shipping and customs charges for returning the product will not be covered by Callista Crafts, any charges will be due to be payable by the customer if incurred by Callista Crafts. We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our headquarters.
